The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty when I arrived, despite the nice photos they show. They also asked me to cancel through OYO and book directly, promising a lower price. Don't fall for that. OYO needs to address these scams.

The washrooms were reasonably clean, but the room and overall atmosphere were well below what I'd expect at this price. It's almost an okay hotel, except they wouldn't give basic items like soap, shampoo, or even a towel.

Please avoid this lodge, especially with family. We had problems, and the place had no proper maintenance or COVID safety precautions. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, the drains were blocked, and water had stagnated inside. They hadn't sanitized either. The linen smelled very bad and was extremely dirty, as if it hadn't been washed for a long time. The AC wasn't working at all. Honestly, train bathrooms are much better. The manager had no manners and didn't know how to speak to customers. He lost his temper, used abusive language, and scolded us. He was drunk too. This is the worst guest house. Instead of Ahvanam Guest House, I'd call it Ahvanam brothal house.

There's no parking here, which is very inconvenient. The railing on the way to the first floor is too low to use for support and is dangerous for children.

A nice function hall with a lift serving two floors, G+2, and enough rooms for guests or the bride and groom.
