OYO 76005 Hotel Soundarya Inn

I was short on time, so I followed an unknown auto driver's strong recommendation and checked in. As soon as I got inside, I realized it was a really awful hotel, but I had to stay because of the time pressure. The staff behaved unprofessionally. At checkout I asked for an invoice, and they loudly asked what GST was. They didn't seem to know what rate to charge for their own room, then asked me to pay 10% GST. It felt pointless to keep wasting time with the many receptionists there. I won't take recommendations from auto or cab drivers again.

The rooms weren't clean, and the service was awful. I've never seen a hotel like this in Vizag.

The staff were rude, had no manners, and spoke to customers badly. They seemed focused only on getting money. For what they charge, the rooms and facilities are nowhere near good enough. You could find a much better hotel with better facilities for the same price. The rooms were really bad, one of the worst hotels I've seen. Don't book it or you'll regret it.

The staff made me feel welcome, and the smell of freshly baked food hits you as soon as you enter. Everything I've tried has been fantastic, from the fluffy croissants to the other items. The flavor and presentation are carefully done. Whether you want a quick treat or a cake made for a special occasion, they deliver every time. Highly recommend this bakery.
