The staff were dismissive and unhelpful during the stay, and when I called about missing items from room service, nobody took responsibility. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stains on the carpet and furniture, unclean bedding, and a grimy bathroom. It also smelled unpleasant, and cleaning clearly wasn’t a priority. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I won’t be coming back. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The receptionist didn’t respond, and the TV didn’t work. The rooms were dirty, and every corner smelled like someone had taken a dung. This is the worst place to stay in Vizag. You’d be better off sleeping on the beach.
