When the water stopped halfway through my shower, the stay got even more frustrating. There were mosquitoes everywhere, no dustbin in the room, and no towels even after I asked twice. I asked to change rooms, but the staff tried to persuade me to stay where I was instead of fixing the issues. The room I got looked nothing like the clean, well-kept pictures shown when I booked. It was poorly maintained and made for a very uncomfortable night. I hope management takes the service and transparency problems seriously.

I lost 3 k and got no refund. The place is also tucked away inside. There was nobody at reception, and the dirty rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes. Don’t book based on the positive reviews at the top, they’re fake ones. One of the worst hotels. Don’t lose your money.

I liked the view from the balcony most. The building has good ventilation and is mostly well maintained, and the sunrise from the top is really scenic.

The lift was a nightmare, breaking down every time I tried to use it, so I had to carry my luggage up five floors. I was given a room with no window, which felt suffocating. Cockroaches were crawling around, and the bedding had visible stains. When I asked for a clean sheet, they handed me a used one. The geyser didn’t work, so I couldn’t take a proper shower. I’ve attached photos and videos showing the poor room and amenities. I feel cheated out of my money, and the lack of hygiene and basic facilities is unacceptable. I’d never recommend this place.
