Some rooms don't have running hot water. They advertise free Wi-Fi, but it only works on the ground floor. The rooms are on the second floor, where you can't get a signal.

Cleanliness is a big issue, and the blankets, pillows, and sheets weren't properly clean. The service is very bad. The staff are polite, but quite unprofessional. Make sure you clarify all your requirements before checking in. It might also be wise to leave some of the payment pending, since the staff's behavior changes after they get the money.

The staff there are friendly and nice.

Worst experience. I prepaid for an Oyo booking with a big discount as an Oyo Gold Wizard member, but the hotel owner refused to allot me a room and told me to contact customer support. Support refunded the amount. Then, around three hours later, someone from the hotel called to say my booking was there after all. It seemed like the reception and the people handling calls were working from different places. Stupidity at its peak.
