After the family get-together, we went to the rooms, which were cozy and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant the next morning was good too. The banquet food was very good, and service was prompt and efficient. It was an awesome party venue, and management responded positively to customer requests and was very cooperative. Overall, a great experience.

We had booked a triple-occupancy suite room on 05.02.2026 for an overnight stay on 08.02.2026. We checked in at 9:15 p.m. and found the triangular room very dusty, with pillars inside that made it feel like something might fall on our heads. The third mattress was so dirty and untidy that I asked to see another room, but that one wasn't satisfactory either. The receptionist said this was the best hygiene they could provide and that it was our choice whether to stay or leave. We left and requested a receipt at 9:35 p.m., just 20 minutes after checking in. The receptionist said only the manager could issue one and promised it would be prepared the next day and sent on WhatsApp. I've called every day since then for the receipt or to speak with the manager. The receptionist says the manager is in a meeting or having lunch. Once I was told he wasn't sitting free to reply and had other sites to attend. Is asking for a bill really extraordinary? Isn't the manager responsible for addressing customers? The management and staff seem arrogant and unconcerned about customers. If you check in, inspect the rooms before paying, since payment is generally nonrefundable.

We booked three rooms at Maharaja Regency for the weekend. The price was high, so we expected more, but were very disappointed. The flooring was peeling and had gaps in the middle, the shower sprayed water everywhere, and the hotel ran out of hand towels. The front desk controls the room's AC settings. For what they charge, the experience is disappointing, and the hotel badly needs renovation.

We paid 4500 rupees for one night and couldn't sleep because the reception staff control the AC and switch it off at night. When we asked them to turn it back on, they gave us an excuse about an emergency. The staff are rude and insult customers like they're discarded objects. A terrible place, please don't stay here. The owners and staff are outright exploitative and manipulative. They're all liars.
