After snacks, we tried to order biryani, but were told they had none. Earlier, we'd waited 40 mins for three kinds of starters, even though only 3 customers were there. One waiter took orders and 3 people served the whole restaurant. The bigger problem was the food. They served biryani that seemed to be left over from the previous day, and the waiter and managers were irresponsible about the rotten food. They didn't tell customers it was spoiled, leaving people to discover it themselves. The staff and management seemed very badly minded. The government should take note and take necessary action against fake restaurants that cheat people.

Such a big disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. For a corporate group, this is a complete no. The food was below standard, and the staff weren't trained to treat guests properly. They were abusive and unapologetically uncooperative. The breakfast, lunch buffet, and dinner buffet weren't worth a single penny. The restaurant was a real highlight for us, with delicious meals, lots of local and international choices, and impeccable service. The staff also made a great impression, helping with local recommendations and greeting us with warm smiles. From arrival, everyone was welcoming and attentive, and we felt right at home. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. We had a stunning view from the window, and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we could need provided. Mantrish Hotel in Odisha felt like a luxurious, relaxing oasis. I can't recommend it enough, and we're already planning another trip. Five stars aren't enough!
