Waking up to the ocean views and sounds was pure bliss, and the whole resort felt peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff went out of their way for my birthday. They decorated the room beautifully and kept my cake in the fridge until it was time to celebrate. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made the stay memorable. I had an amazing time and would highly recommend it for a restful getaway with excellent service and beautiful views.

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety, and the resort itself was good. I was a little disappointed by the infinity pool, though. It's temperature controlled, but when we went early in the morning the water felt very cold. The resort is also a long way from Vizag city, so plan your trip after checkout carefully if you're booking here.

The location is fabulous, and the staff are courteous and try to give good service. But is it worth the price? Absolutely not. The rooms feel dated, from the old-looking towels to the lack of towel or napkin hooks in the bathroom. The whole stay felt like an Ibis or economy hotel. Breakfast was disappointing too: the waffles were raw, and the croissants seemed stale and more like bread rolls. The SPA is apparently a separate business owned by the hotel owner, and Accor membership doesn't work there. The receptionist didn't seem to know what was being offered. The pool table cues and balls look like they're from the 1980s. Even with the resort full, management doesn't seem interested in maintaining the place or improving the guest experience. Don't be fooled by the high reviews, I can confidently say the ratings are boosted.

We came for a peaceful couple of days away from the city, and it was ideal for relaxing and spending quality time together. The trip into town takes about 30-45 minutes, so keep that in mind. My wife and I stayed here for two days for our babymoon, and we had a wonderful time. The beach views from the rooms are amazing, and sitting on the balcony with the sound of the waves felt like something we could do forever. The hotel's food and beverage experience was great too. Bhaskar deserves a special mention for being so helpful and taking excellent care of us.
