We arrived at 7:00 AM with my 86-year-old father and two bags, but the receptionist refused to give us the keys, saying there were no rooms. We’d booked on the OYO app, told reception we needed an early check-in, and confirmed again when we got to the railway station. They’d said there’d be a fee, and we’d agreed to pay it. A couple had just checked out while we were standing there, though, so the explanation didn’t seem honest. Nobody showed any empathy or offered a solution. They didn’t help us find somewhere else to stay or even offer us a place to sit. Leaving us stranded and stressed first thing in the morning, especially with an elderly guest, felt completely irresponsible. The lack of basic courtesy ruined our plans and showed no regard for guests’ needs or dignity. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. OYO and this property were unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I strongly advise against booking it through OYO. OYO should seriously review and shut down service apartments that operate this way.

The room was dirty and the bed sheet needed changing. I checked out the same day because I couldn’t stay in that awful atmosphere. After booking and paying online, I was asked to pay extra in cash because, they said, the OYO price was too low. The receptionist was very disappointing. They shouldn’t show one price online, and this hotel would be better off outside OYO. Don’t come here if you want to make your day worse. I won’t be back.

I paid 1000 rupees for a day, saw the room, and walked out within two minutes. The owner wouldn’t refund me. The room smelled bad, had mosquitoes and spiders, gutkha stains, a single bed with dirty linens, no bathroom light, and no phone charging switch. It was in such bad shape that even animals couldn’t stay there. The owner made false claims, took the money, and provided zero service. Worst experience of my life. Only check in if you want the worst day of your life.

I got to the hotel and they refused to check me in because of the discount from Oyo. Then they told Oyo support that I had checked in. Please watch out for this kind of fraud, and don’t go there.

People book rooms online ahead of time for a reason, but it was no use here. The hotel shouldn’t take reservations when it has no rooms. Overbooking for its own profit leaves customers suffering late at night. The careless, reckless staff provided miserable, unacceptable service. Please look into this and take serious action.
