The owner was helpful throughout my one-night stay, and 24-hour hot water was a real plus. The homestay price was affordable and the room was reasonable for that rate. Mine had a swing, which was a nice touch, though the room looked a little different from the photos. The location was peaceful, but there aren’t restaurants nearby apart from Maharashtra Tour and Travel Hotel, about 700 meters away. I had breakfast there. It was a bit pricey, but tasty and hygienic. The lobby was useful for late-night Zoom/Teams calls while my family slept, so it worked well for remote work. A few things could be better. The bathroom was acceptable, but hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. The rooms are somewhat dated, and the bedsheets and quilt could be cleaner and more hygienic. Private parking was mentioned, so check with the owner beforehand. I was given open parking outside the building, and it felt safe. It would be nice if breakfast were offered and included in the homestay package.

Mrs. Malhi made our stay unforgettable. She treated us like family, and her kindness reminded me of my grandmother. Paradise Homestay Nagpur feels like a home away from home, with a warm atmosphere and facilities that had what we needed for a comfortable, relaxing visit. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area but still convenient for the major attractions, and the value for money is incredible. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nagpur.

We were in transit and willing to overlook the unclean room, sheets, and very dirty bathroom, but there was no water at all in the bathroom. That meant rebooking another hotel room, wasting time and money, and arriving four hours late. Mrs. Malli is a nice person, but she has no help maintaining the place. We were fooled by the rating and reviews, which don’t seem authentic to me. Our experience was dismal, and I’m not sure how those reviews came about.
