My earlier stays at Oyo rooms were good, so this one was a real letdown. My check-in was cancelled at the last minute over the low tariff, and when I argued with Oyo customer care, they offered no solution. Breakfast was poor: the poha was average and the tea was cold. On the final day they said they had run out of tea. Room service was frustrating too, with repeated calls needed even for breakfast. One odd room service guy asked to borrow my AC remote for five minutes, then disappeared. They had no first aid box. I got a small cut and asked for a bandage, but they said none was available. I also asked to check out 3-4 hours late because my train was in the evening. They wanted 500 rs extra, though other hotels have given me that time free or for a nominal 200. If you're planning a serious, longer vacation, this could throw off your plans. I'd look at other hotels.

The staff were polite, and that's the only reason I'm giving one star. The room itself was dirty, with a broken floor, and the cupboards were unclean and covered in watermarks. There was a strange smell every time I walked in. No toiletries were provided, the towel was old and pale, and the bed made noises. Don't trust the uploaded photos.

Not recommended. The TV didn't work because the set-top box hadn't been recharged, and the AC wasn't functioning either. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, the wooden floor creaked, and the rooms were extremely dirty, with black marks all over the walls.

I stayed with my family and came away deeply disappointed. They asked for payment before the stay, and the rooms were filthy, as though they hadn't been cleaned. The bedsheets and balcony were dirty, and the AC was filthy too. The rooms, service, staff, and owner's behavior were all awful. Nothing about the hotel was good. The worst experience of my life.

For a short stay, this is a very budget-friendly option, and the staff were good. They cleaned the room every day. The rooms, though, are old and badly maintained, so don't rely on what the OYO app reviews and photos claim. Our first room had no exhaust fan at all. When we asked, they moved us to another room, which was okay. The complimentary breakfast was poha every day. I stayed four days, and it was the same each morning.
