OYO 16862 Flagship Hotel Dua Continental

I stayed just one night, and the service was horrible. The room hadn't been cleaned, and I had to call reception at least ten times for an AC remote and hot water. The windows had neither grills nor nets, so we couldn't open them because of the safety concern. They don't provide complimentary water either, and charge ₹30 for one bottle.

The room smelled awful at check-in, and there were buds lying around. Towels were used and burnt, and the staff were rude. There were very few staff around, and the rooms weren't clean at all. Strongly recommend never booking here, it's a complete waste of money.

Filthy hotel and a rude receptionist. Dust and stains were everywhere in the unhygienic rooms, and the toilets were dirty and badly maintained. It seems cleanliness isn't a priority here. Avoid it and pick somewhere better.

There was a rat moving around our room at night, which disgusted us. The AC wouldn't work in any room even after being on all night, and there wasn't an AC remote in the rooms. The place was in poor condition and smelled really bad. They also charge Rs.80 for a toothbrush and small paste, which are usually complimentary in rooms. Worst hotel I've encountered.
