The food and service at our family function were good, and the manager's team did an excellent job in the banquet on the 8th floor. We especially enjoyed the DJ and the songs he played. Still, the check-in and reception experience badly spoiled the visit. We had booked and paid online for five rooms, but one receptionist, a woman, was extremely rude. Staff then insisted we pay for a sixth room that we had never booked or needed before they would give us the other rooms we had paid for. It felt like an attempt to inflate the bill without reason. We spent about an hour arguing over the extra room charge, which was very frustrating, and eventually the extra amount was settled. The good function experience couldn't make up for the rude receptionists and suspicious billing. These problems need to be addressed urgently.

The Indo-Chinese dishes stood out for me, tasty, nicely cooked, and not overly oily. Food quality was very good, and the service went smoothly. I had a pleasant visit and would definitely come back.

The restaurant was good, and we enjoyed the live whistle king playing lots of songs on the whistle. Staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative. It's a little away from the centre, and some facilities could use renovation, but overall it was OK.

The breakfast buffet was good, and the hotel can arrange a car to bring you from the airport if you want. My room was great and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely come back.
