OYO Townhouse 592 Century Hotel

Booking online here will leave you disappointed. At check-in, the hotel keeps asking for extra money and the reception offers no cooperation. They charge more at check-in and give you their lovely rude behaviour.

The rooms themselves were okay, but the bed had awful metal springs, and the bathroom badly needed a deep clean. The standard of cleaning at this oyo was disgusting. The open storage rooms on the 3rd floor ally were filthy, with an open dustbin. There was no telephone in the room, and this isn't a place for families. Service was the worst I've experienced. Reception employees kept chitchatting, messaging, or cursing on their phones or with each other instead of answering customer questions, which made everything annoying. The staff generally seemed untrained for hospitality. Even the steward/delivery boy wore regular clothes, and employees didn't follow any uniform.

Thankfully I only had to stay one night, but even that was a nightmare. The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty too, the bed was broken, and there was no phone for room service, so I had to use my personal mobile. They charged me 1,100 extra because I booked through booking.com and would only accept cash. Terrible. If minus 5 stars were possible, that's what I'd give.

Don't ever book this hotel when travelling to Nagpur. The staff have no manners at all. If you've booked through any website, they may refuse check-in, saying they don't accept third-party app bookings, as happened with @Agoda.
