I was staying near Vizag's health city to be close to medical facilities, and the affordable rate at SVA Arilova was a real help during a difficult time. The hotel is close to the major hospitals, so visiting loved ones and getting to appointments meant little travel stress. The staff understood that guests nearby might be dealing with a lot, and helped with local information and arranging transport. My room was clean and well kept, with fresh linens, a cozy bed, a private bathroom, and the essential amenities. The hotel followed cleanliness and safety protocols carefully, which gave me peace of mind. The rates felt competitive, especially with medical expenses already adding up. This was a comfortable, convenient stay, with helpful staff and a location that made things easier. I'd recommend considering it if you need affordable accommodation near the hospital.

The reception staff behaved very poorly.

The manager was rude, and the rooms weren't up to standard. They work with Fab hotels but refused to honor the prices Fab advertised on different platforms. A waste of money. I'd advise against booking through the website, or staying here at all.

Don't book online here. Even in the middle of the night, they may refuse to honor an online reservation and only consider offline bookings. If you've already paid through MMT, Agoda, or OYO, they'll make you pay extra at check-in or refuse to let you check in.
