The restaurant is good, and the food is standard, though on the expensive side. The only real advantage I found was the location, about 700 meters from NJP station. I stayed in a basic room, and the hotel may look good from outside, but the rooms are below average and very poor in standard. The 8 foot ceiling feels stuffy, the rooms are hardly cleaned properly and never painted, and there's a foul smell that makes staying there uncomfortable. Since people use it overnight for connectivity, the owners seem not very interested in keeping it in good condition.

I wouldn't recommend the non AC room. It was in extremely poor condition, with a wall fully damp, and room service was very poor. The room felt unhygienic and unhealthy for the high price.

The premium rooms were good to stay in. It's a nice hotel in a very good location, with proper, clean rooms. The food was good overall.

The location is very good, just 2-3 mnts from NJP railway station, and the service was good. The rooms are small, though, and the bathroom wasn't good. There was no dustbin in the room or washroom. We asked for one, but they seemed to have no idea about it.

It's within walking distance of NJP railway station, and I've stayed here before for just a few hours before boarding a train. Make sure you don't go inside reception with your driver, as they have commission. Overall, the hotel is good and value for money.
