It's a convenient spot near Siliguri Bus Stand and Railway Station, and the staff were good. Wi-Fi worked well too. The rooms were just okay, not in excellent condition, and there were lots of mosquitoes. Breakfast is a buffet, but the choices are very limited and could be improved. Fine for a short stay.

The rooms are very good, though ants or cockroaches can be a problem if you leave sweets or other food uncovered.

The hospitality made my stay a really nice experience. I'd happily come back if I get the chance 😊

The room was extremely dirty, and the reception service was the worst part.
