The room was unbearable without electricity, and mosquitoes made it impossible to sleep. There was no power all night and no backup at all. The staff provided no proper support or arrangement. This points to a serious lack of basic facilities and management. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

I’ve stayed here twice, and the service is the best. Breakfast is awesome.

The rooms and toilets were clean, and most of the staff were good. The man at reception at night was rude, acting as if he were doing us a favor. There was no hot water, and one plug in our room didn’t work. The TV hadn’t been charged, but they charged it right away.

The receptionist behaved very badly, and the service was third class. The price is very, very high. I’d say don’t stay here.

The hotel itself was good, but the TV in my room wasn’t working at 12.00 am. They asked me to change rooms then, which I felt was unethical. The staff and service were very bad. They didn’t repair the TV, and they didn’t deduct the charge from the total bill.
