The deluxe room is more spacious, bigger, and cleaner than the standard one, which is too small and not very clean. I'd skip standard. Service was prompt and good, and the food was good too. Overall, it's a decent budget hotel.
The bathroom was filthy, and neither room had a working cable connection for the TV. The rooms were unhygienic, while the food was expensive and poor quality. A complete waste of money. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give this place minus five.
It seems mostly suited to college students looking to have fun. I saw lots of college kids and young couples coming there for that.
