Mithun and Sarvana from the cleaning staff deserve a special thank you. They kept my room spotless every day and made sure everything was in place, which made the stay more comfortable. The hotel had a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I really appreciated their hard work and hospitality. Highly recommended for a clean, comfortable stay! 😊

The central location and decent breakfast buffet were good, but the room was poorly maintained. When we filled the bathtub, water started leaking through an exterior wall and flooded half the room, getting our luggage wet. The staff seemed unfazed when we complained, as if this happened often. They didn’t fix the leak and only had housekeeping mop the floor. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the place.

The food was amazing, especially the Japanese cuisine, which you should try. People were friendly, the rooms pretty neat and clean, and the place is in a very serene location. I liked the stay.

It’s a slightly old property, and some areas could be maintained better, but overall it was a pleasant stay and good value. The Chancery Hotel is centrally located in Bangalore, near MG Road and major shopping areas, which is convenient for business or leisure. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, staff polite and helpful, and breakfast offers a good variety.
