OYO 2132 Apartment Aditya Residency

I booked two nights in Room no.201 but left after just one. The bedspreads and towels were dirty, and the plug points didn’t work, so I had to rely on my power bank. The AC and its remote were out of order, the ceiling lights kept flickering, and the fan knob was broken, leaving the fan stuck on speed 5. Not recommended.

The accommodation at OYO 2132 is spacious, neat and clean, and the service is very good. It’s right in the center, so local transport makes it easy to get around the city. Recommended.

We stayed in a four-bedroom house on the second floor. There’s no elevator, but the rooms were convenient. The bathrooms need some repairs. A very good service apartment.

My booking was paid and confirmed, but when I reached the lodge the manager said there were no rooms because of technical problems and told me to contact customer care for a refund. I spent three hours repeatedly calling them, and still had no luck by the end of the day. I’ll never trust OYO again or book a hotel through them.
