Hotel Science City Inn

The bathroom and staff service were both very bad. There was no tea either.

My review is from 16/09/2025. The room had not been cleaned before our online booking. The AC didn’t work properly, and its temperature and power buttons weren’t showing. The washroom was very dirty, and staff said the stain couldn’t be removed. Both the room and bathroom door locks were damaged, and the water ran slowly. The bedsheet was dirty, and the room smelled of cigarettes. There was seepage, with white putty falling off the walls. The bed felt weak and the plywood creaked when I sat down, which was really irritating. The room phone didn’t work, and its wire was cut near the receiver. The whole stay was very bad, and the price was far too high for the quality and service.

The room photos were fake and very old, and the room itself hadn’t even been cleaned. The bedsheets and pillow covers were unchanged, and towels never came despite asking several times. Worst hotel and staff. Don’t book here.

This old building urgently needs renovation. There wasn’t a phone in the room to call reception, and no one was available to listen to our requests.
