The meals were a real highlight, with plenty of tasty choices and lovely presentation. We also found the rooms spacious and nicely kept, with a design that felt both comfortable and elegant. The management handled things smoothly and came across as very professional. Staff were warm, polite, and quick to help, which made us feel welcome and appreciated. A lovely resort for a relaxing, luxurious stay.
We came from Canada for two nights at Spillway Eco Resorts with our family. It was peaceful, well cared for, and just right for a quiet family break. Ms. Shivani Negi was a wonderful host, with a warm manner, professionalism, and an eye for the details that made our stay memorable. The rest of the staff were attentive, courteous, and cooperative, and we felt looked after the whole time. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend it as a serene, well-managed retreat. We hope to return.

We left frustrated instead of having the fun, relaxing trip we expected. The staff were slow to respond, the food was poor, and even the basic facilities weren't kept up. Though the resort looked nice at first, service and hospitality were a letdown during our stay with friends. It definitely didn't feel worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone hoping for a pleasant stay.
