Sterling Palm Bliss - Rishikesh

Anshika’s yoga session was one of the best parts of my stay. Her calm guidance and positive energy made it refreshing and uplifting, and the wellness centre was impressive too. Anil’s treatment was fantastic, and Deepak was wonderful with his hospitality. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, while the room was spotless and comfortable. The food was delicious, and everything was organized smoothly. My time at Sterling Palm Bliss was delightful from arrival onward, and I’d gladly return. I’d recommend it to anyone after a relaxing stay with thoughtful service.

We spent three days at Sterling Palm Bliss Resort for our anniversary, and the detox program, food, and hospitality made it a lovely celebration. The team treated us like family and made sure we were comfortable. Dr. Vishnu helped us choose suitable therapies, and Bhawana and Anil took great care of us in the wellness team. We also enjoyed the relaxing, helpful meditation and yoga sessions with Anishka. At the front desk and in housekeeping, Sajan, Harsh, Pawan and Suresh helped everything run smoothly. The whole team was so welcoming, polite, and humble. It was a memorable stay, and I’d recommend it. I’m usually not good at remembering names, but I remember these because they really made us feel like family.

Mr Gaurav went far beyond what we expected when a strike left us without taxis. He drove us himself in his own car so we wouldn’t be stranded, which was a rare and much appreciated kindness. The room was clean and comfortable, the food and service were excellent, and the staff were consistently warm and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay at Sterling Palm Bliss and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for a pleasant, well-run place with genuinely caring hospitality.

Suraj at the front desk and Shalini in the spa were both helpful and good at their jobs. Gurav, who is in charge of the property, was kind, warm, and guided us well. The staff overall were very helpful, and the hotel is well maintained, with a clean, good spa. It’s also well located. The food was nice, though breakfast could use more choices, and the kitchen needs to be quicker after an order is placed. Aside from that, it was a lovely stay and a good experience.
