Our suite room was a great part of a memorable stay, and the daily hot breakfast gave us a big boost. The whole team treated us kindly every day. Nr Kewal bhai, the hotel manager, deserves special credit for being such a hardworking person. The hotel is near Mithakhali Cir and the passport office in Navrangpura, and it’s very close to Riverfront Park and Law Garden. Mr Irfan sindhi is the MD, and I had the privilege of meeting him in person. They can accommodate large wedding groups, conferences, and other group stays. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was delicious, service was prompt, and the management was friendly. It’s a budget-friendly 3 star property with spacious, hygienic rooms and high-quality service. The reception and lobby are good for a photo shoot. I especially recommend staying here in Ahmedabad.

RED FLAG. The food was horrible at both dinner and breakfast, and the service was a mess. We ordered five dishes but were brought the wrong items four or five times. Staff kept saying we had ordered those things until we showed them written proof of the order. Then they said it happened because they were new staff. We ordered soft drinks that never arrived, and after asking in person for two cups of tea, we were brought just one. At around 1 a.m., someone suddenly knocked very loudly on our door and then made noise nearby. Our family stayed here a few days ago, and we felt it was highly unsafe. Other people apparently faced this too. I don't understand how a 3 star hotel with a 4-plus rating can be like this. The reviews seem fake and paid. Don't book it, even for free. Everyone should blacklist it. This was the worst hotel in all of Gujarat.

The place was clean and spacious, and the staff were wonderful. I had an early train and needed to leave by 7 a.m., before the complimentary breakfast starts at 7:30. When I checked out, they gave me a club sandwich and some fruit to take along, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit.

Breakfast was simple, with fresh, decent toast, paratha, and idli-vada. We had a very good family stay at Hotel Silver Heights, with friendly, polite staff who were always willing to help. Our room was spacious and had a comfortable king-size bed, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. It made for a comfortable, enjoyable stay with the family.
