Sonia at reception made my stay especially memorable. She was gracious, attentive and always smiling, handling every request efficiently and making sure I was comfortable. Her genuine kindness and professionalism really stood out. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the hotel has a sophisticated but comfortable feel. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly. Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad lives up to its high standards, and people like Sonia make the hospitality even better. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, class and great service in Ahmedabad. Looking forward to visiting again.

The breakfast tasted good, and chef Neeraj was checking on each customer, though the spread didn’t feel worth the price. The property is well maintained, and I enjoyed the stay. Check-in was smooth, and Vikram handled customers well.

I only stayed for two days and wished I could have stayed longer. The spa treatment was rejuvenating, and I slept really well afterward. I also ate at Tinello several times. The staff were lovely, and the food had a great range of options and flavours. Neeraj answered my questions and gave me useful advice on local food shopping. Everything was well looked after, from the spotless rooms to the thoughtful service. I’ll definitely return to the hotel and restaurant.
