Our butler, Yash, was the one real bright spot. He was pleasant, helpful with reservations, checked on us, and always had a smile and an easygoing manner. The management team also took my written and verbal feedback professionally, and I give them credit for seeking it. My wife and I stayed about nine days from Feb 24, and eight days was too long. The service was slow, from clearing used tables to setting them up and taking tea orders. The rooms are dated, though the lobby and hallways are beautiful and well kept. During the World Cup, staff at every level seemed too busy trying to please a few cricket players and star struck, while regular business and leisure guests were forgotten. Even checking in at night seemed like a burden, and there was no bell staff around to help with luggage. The service and accommodations are nowhere near the ITC standard I’ve experienced in Mumbai, where I’ve stayed since it opened near the airport, or in Delhi, and they’re much lower than Oberoi. I’ve supported ITC and ITC hotels as a shareholder, but I’ll have to rethink that. We checked out and moved to Hyatt Regency in Ahmedabad, where the experience was outstanding, with modern, comfortable rooms and very good service.

The food at Yi Jing was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, with plenty of choices for different preferences. Everything came out hot and well prepared. Fayaz Shrayes Bittu Laxmi provided excellent service, and the staff were quick, polite, and attentive. The calm, clean setting made breakfast a really pleasant start to the day.

Yadvendra made a strong impression during my week at the ITC Hotel. I saw him cleaning my room and told him a towel change would be enough, but he still cleaned it thoroughly and explained the hotel's focus on hygiene and guest comfort. His care and professionalism made my stay more pleasant. From my first impression onward, the service has been excellent, with friendly, professional staff who pay close attention to guests' needs at every level.

Chef Balveer Singh Solanki deserves a special mention for the skill and care behind the food at ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel. The dishes were delicious, thoughtfully presented, and full of authentic flavor, with a consistency and balance that made the meal memorable. You can sense the passion in the cooking. I’d gladly return for another premium dining experience.

Moumita and Rucha surprised my parents for their anniversary by decorating the room with balloons, a cake, and roses. We chose ITC Narmada for the occasion and had a lovely stay. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and smiling, and Simran at reception spent time chatting with us. We really enjoyed our visit and would come back.
