Aristo Hospitality Services Apartment

The location was generally okay, but the service was among the poorest I've experienced, and the rooms weren't worth the price. There was no hot water in the shower. The landlady didn't see it as a problem and said the shower had worked before. She asked lots of questions, disapproved of our plans, and suggested we stay in the room during the day and go for a walk at night. That was ridiculous since we had only one day to see the city. In the evening, we opened our door to find boys sleeping on the common room floor, which felt very weird and uncomfortable.

We stayed two nights and were absolutely unsatisfied. One of our two rooms was small, so don't trust the photos. The room boy was no good and uncooperative. Staying at Aristo hospitality service was a very bad decision. I'm asking other guests not to book here.

We had a wonderful stay, with great hospitality, clean, spacious rooms and good connectivity. The beach view was lovely too.

For the price, this place has everything I wanted: cleanliness and affordability. It's a family-run business, so the owners and team may not be professionals, and it's not a five-star hotel. The breakfast was basic but acceptable. The owner and her team were very helpful, and let me check out without an extra fee even though I told her late. I've read a lot of negative comments about the place for what seem like nonsense reasons. Thanks to the lady and her team for a pleasant stay.
