The location suited us, near Juhu beach, the market, hospital, metro, local train, and other things. We had a nice stay with family. The rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was good, and room service was very quick. The reception and staff were amazing and helpful, and the hotel felt safe for the family. The room WiFi and Anas Tv were good too. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one stood out. I’ll stay at HOTEL OYSTER ANDHERI WEST again next time.

The room was fine for one person, and hygiene and AC were good. But the linen smelled, breakfast was so oily I couldn’t even pick it up, and the bathroom toilet area was very cramped at 3 x 4 ft. I wouldn’t pay more than 1200-1400 a day.

I was visiting a friend at the hotel. The staff were excellent, though the room was quite small for two people.

The Oyo photographer deserves credit for making the place look great, because the reality was exactly the opposite. The locality was shabby, and the hotel is in a fish market area, not a market area. The rooms were small and stinky, with no windows and wallpaper peeling off. Staff seemed dishonest: they gave us used water bottles and took the moisturizer from the toilet kit.
