People in each wing and the association need to improve the garden and other shared areas, but that isn't happening. It's good for the community and society members overall.

The building and grounds are good, but the garden is being used like a garbage area, and the basement leaks all year with no real maintenance or effort to stop it. Scooters are parked in the moving area, and people bringing bad things onto the premises aren't being stopped because security is inadequate. The society's selected MC members are very bad, and there hasn't been an association for more than two years, so nothing is being done.

Is anyone renting out a 1BHK or 2BHK? Please let me know as soon as possible.

The garden has enough shared space for kids and older people, and the society is kept neat and clean. It's a great place to live and is well managed.

It's centrally located, close to Priyadarshini circle, so it's easy to get to any part of the city.
