Even during peak dining hours, Mr. Sagar Parab stayed attentive, calm, and professional. His friendly manner and constant smile made us feel welcome, and he worked hard to take care of every detail quickly. The in-house restaurant was a highlight, with good seating, delicious food, and refreshing mocktails. I also loved the interiors and the hotel's vibe. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the essential amenities. Galaxy Beacon, Santacruz, is clean and well maintained, with a welcoming feel. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were courteous. It was a lovely stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, premium stay in Mumbai. I'd be happy to visit again.
