I only spent 6-7 hours there overnight, so the problems were manageable for me. The room was okay and the staff were good, and it's fairly near the airport. It was small, with no ventilation, and there always seemed to be cigarette smoke in the air. I could smell it in the room when we opened the door or went into the bathroom.

The rooms were neat and clean, with a good range of food to choose from. The staff were friendly, the owner was very good, and I received lovely hospitality during my stay. I had a peaceful outing here and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and room service was good. The catch is that every order comes with an extra charge because they get everything from outside. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, so I'd eat out, or use swiggy or zomato.

It was my first time in Mumbai, and being left without a room was a really traumatic experience. I had booked through booking.com and told them I'd arrive around 11 pm. When I got there at 11.05 pm, they said there was no room and told me to cancel. Please don't book here.

We had no choice but to stay the night after arriving at 11:30 pm, then moved out in the morning. The receptionist spoke to us as though we were criminals and treated us very badly. The room smelled awful, the ceiling was broken, and there were green water stains on the pillow and bedsheet. The AC leaked and the landline was damaged. A truly horrible stay, like being tortured. Shut this hotel down. Oyo should remove it from its chain if it cares about its reputation.
