They kept asking me to pay again even after I’d already paid, which made the whole stay stressful. When I raised problems, management argued and spoke rudely instead of sorting them out. They said the room had AC, but turned it off every hour, so I had to keep asking them to switch it back on. The rooms are ridiculously small. There’s hardly room to breathe or move, let alone relax. Management is rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They blame bad reviews on “previous ownership,” but the problems are still happening now. Do not stay here. Save your money and your peace. This place feels like a scam with fake excuses and terrible service.

We spent four days there, and the toilets weren’t cleaned even once. They didn’t change the bedding until the third day. The rooms have no windows and no ventilation, and the staff weren’t very helpful. The worst stay I’ve had so far.

I left my jacket in the room and only realized after I’d gone. When I returned and told the hotel management, they seemed completely unaware and didn’t give it back to me. The room, bed, hygiene, and hospitality were all terrible. A pathetic experience.

Please don’t take a room here. It was very dirty, the toilet flush didn’t work properly, and the staff were rude. The man at reception wearing a cap was especially rude and mannerless.

There was no TV or bathroom amenities, and the room smelled throughout. The rooms were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Pan masala spit covered the washbasin and bathroom floor, and they didn’t even clean it. Railway station toilets are much cleaner than this so-called hotel.
