I've stayed in about 11-12 hotels while visiting Mumbai as a tourist, and this was the worst owner I've encountered. They charged me 800 rupees more than the OYO booking price on the first day. When I booked again through OYO for day two, the owner told me to leave if I kept using OYO. That's unacceptable treatment of a tourist. I'm leaving now, and suggest others avoid staying here in case they're treated the same way. It seems the owner isn't interested in good service or following booking rules.

The room was much smaller than the photos on the website suggested, and the pictures felt misleading. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude and unprofessional, with no warmth or help at all. It made me feel unwelcome right away. I had a terrible stay and would tell people to look elsewhere. The hotel needs to improve both its service and how it represents its rooms.

The room was tiny, dirty, and in awful condition, nothing like the photos on the website. When I raised the mismatch, the staff rudely refused me a stay instead of trying to sort it out. They were unprofessional from the moment I arrived, and showed no customer service. It was one of the worst stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend this place, and regret spending my time and money here.

The washrooms smelled foul and seemed unhygienic, and the room had a bad odor that never went away. It made the stay uncomfortable. Based on the cleanliness and comfort, I wouldn't recommend this place.
