There was a bad smell outside the hotel, and the yellow light in the room wasn’t comfortable. The room was only 10x9ft, with a queen bed, and the bathroom was about 4ft x 5ft. The AC didn’t cool the room. They charged me for a small toothpaste, and anything I asked for had to be paid for in cash straight away. There were lots of young couples sitting outside, maybe for hourly bookings, so I wouldn’t call it suitable for families. I stayed one night.

I couldn’t put up with it, so I checked out after five hours even though I’d booked for two days. There was no water in the bathroom, and when I ordered a bottle of water, it never arrived. I was thirsty all day. Everything was dirty, including the towels, doormat, and sheets, and the place smelled bad. There were mosquitoes, the Wi-Fi was very slow, and there was no phone to contact reception. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, just dirty, shady, and cheap. Please do not book here.

The staff were good when I asked for help, but the hotel was very subpar. The first room had a blocked sink, an unclean bed with unchanged sheets, chewing gum stuck to the headrest, and a broken cupboard. The replacement room had water leaking and a broken bathroom tap. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for 2300rs.

We ended up paying more than we would have for a premium hotel, despite getting terrible service. We couldn’t find a budget place in Chembur, so we booked this hotel online and paid in advance. Finding it was confusing, and although the rooms were okay, they were small. The extra beds we paid for were very uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows were filthy, the rooms smelled bad, and the service was poor. The washrooms weren’t clean either; I found four earthworms in the bathroom while I was in there. We switched rooms at 1 am, but the new one wasn’t up to standard either. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or the services of fab exprees. I didn’t find them convincing.
