My parents got sick in the room, which had no windows, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan. The room service was pathetic, and the staff's behavior was poor. It took over an hour to get two cups of tea, even after I called them three times. The room service number was switched off, so I had to go to reception to place my order. The cupboard didn't even have a handle. Such a dirty hotel, don't waste your money here. If I could rate it below zero, I would.

The location worked well, near the u s consultant office, and there's free wifi for 24 hours. I stayed for 2 or 3 days and had no complaints about the hotel or staff. The service was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. They also serve good meals.

We stayed three nights as a family, and the room service was one of the worst parts of the stay. The room was too cramped for three people and had no ventilation. The toilet corners were dirty and smelled foul, and there was nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. We had no hot water for all three nights. The food we ordered on the first day tasted really bad, so after that we had to find another restaurant nearby. I wish there were a zero-star option.

The bathroom was clean and everything worked fine. Service was great too, the staff were polite and ready to help, and the manager was especially kind and helped me find the right places. My room was neat and clean, and though I didn't book an AC room, the fan was fast enough to cool it. I stayed three nights with my wife in December, during winter, and had a really good experience. The hotel is very close to "Sion Railway Station", so you can walk to the station and travel to Vidyavihar, Dadar, CSMT or CHURCHGATE. My room had a window, but check whether yours has one and proper ventilation. Opening the window might mean mosquito bites. Also check whether hot water is available and how it works. Just ask for guidance, they'll explain.
