We didn't feel comfortable or at ease in the overall environment as female travelers. The staff, especially the manager, came across as rude and unwelcoming during our stay. Even a basic request for plates for our food was denied, which was surprising. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the guest experience and basic hospitality.

Even the one star feels undeserved, since there's no way to give zero. I had a horrible stay at this hotel, which is under The Fern's name and management, and it has badly damaged my view of Fern hotels. The location doesn't matter when the experience is this bad. Please stay away from this hotel and from Paid Reviews.

The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect. The front desk was very cooperative, and I'm happy with the reception and staff, especially Birendra and Sunil. I'd recommend it for families. Keep it up.

The bathroom was in very poor condition and fell short of the standards I associate with the Fern brand. Our stay didn't meet expectations, especially given that the property is listed as part of the Fern Hotels group. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the improvements needed to protect the quality and reputation of the Fern Hotel group.

The rooms are a little old, though well maintained, and the food is good. Service is the best part. A decent hotel for this location, with very nice, helpful people.
