Hotel The Sun Suites

We booked rooms at Sun Suites Hotel, Bangalore for our wedding, but the hotel cancelled them without telling us. Later, when we called to add more rooms, they first claimed there was no booking at all. They acknowledged it only after we sent the receipt, then still refused to provide the rooms, blaming internal issues. The staff were rude and disrespectful over the phone, with no empathy or accountability despite knowing it was for a wedding. Getting our money back was exhausting: they initially refused the refund, and we had to keep pushing to recover our own payment. The whole experience caused stress during an important life event and disrupted our last-minute wedding plans. Customer service was extremely poor. I strongly advise against booking here, especially for an occasion like a wedding. There are more reliable options in Bangalore.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, and the place felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Food was delicious, with a good range each day and impressive quality and taste. I had a great experience throughout and highly recommend it for an easy, pleasant stay.
