Mango Hotels Tune by OTHPL

I stayed here two weeks ago. The room was clean and hygiene seemed properly maintained, which was good. But room service was extremely poor. I called several times in the morning for a water bottle, and nobody responded properly or delivered it. Water is a basic need, and this shouldn't happen at a hotel.

The location is great, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Rooms are small but well equipped, and check-in was smooth. There are about 100 rooms, and it's a nice budget option for business trips. Complimentary breakfast had limited choices, and open complimentary wifi is available. I found a big cockroach in the washroom, which knocked a couple of stars off my rating. All in all, an average stay.

Our group of 20 executives stayed at Mango Tune Hotel, Ahmedabad, and the charges felt far too high for the service and unhygienic food. Breakfast ran out before everyone had eaten, so staff had to buy bread at the market. The bread they served had fungus. We booked double-bed rooms but were given single large beds instead. Toiletries were missing, and even the room with a bathtub had no tap to fill it. Double rooms had just one towel and one soap. The TV didn't work, and reception staff were mostly unavailable, so getting help was difficult. A very disappointing stay, not worth a single star.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. Service was basically nonexistent: I had to ask for a towel because none was put in the room, the safe didn't work, and there was no warm water. There are plenty of other options in this budget, so avoid it.
