Avoid this place. They ask people to come to the hotel, but after a booking is made, they still won’t confirm it over the phone. The staff were very rude. The hotel association should take action against properties like this.

The rooms need to be cleaner, and the service needs improvement.

The room was good, but the staff were very rude. They don’t know how to speak to customers.

They initially switched off the AC, saying there was a power cut even though everything else was working. After sweating through two hours in the afternoon, I had to argue with them to turn it back on. There was no soap or towel either. When I called before checking in, they said smoking was allowed, but once I got there they were reluctant to permit it. They also asked me to pay double the OYO rate.

The location in Naroda is convenient for getting to nearby areas, and the rooms were neat, comfortable, and had basic amenities. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, making check-in and the stay smooth. I had a pleasant experience at Maple View Hotel in Ahmedabad. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and it’s an affordable choice for families or business travelers. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it as a budget hotel in Naroda.
