I spent 4 days here and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent, though the thepla and Dhokla could taste better. My room had a bad odour, but they fixed it as soon as I reported it, and housekeeping responded promptly to every request. Omomi was a delight to meet. She always greeted me with a smile, remembered my room number, and was so pleasant and engaging to talk with. Rezia and Rahul also did a wonderful job. The staff were warm, helpful, and ready to anticipate our needs.

The food was delicious, with plenty of choice, especially at breakfast. The elegant, welcoming atmosphere at Fortune Park Ahmedabad worked well for both business and leisure. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the courteous, professional staff were always ready to help. A lovely stay, with good hospitality and location. I'd happily come back.

The service from Captain Trithankar Dinda and bubai really stood out. His polite, professional manner and attention to detail made guests feel well cared for, and he handled everything smoothly, making our dining experience memorable. Fortune Park Ahmedabad, a premium hotel by ITC, was comfortable and clean, with spacious, well-kept rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent and offered lots of variety. Staff throughout the hotel were courteous and attentive. A great choice for business or leisure in Ahmedabad.

The restaurant service was a real highlight. Staff were attentive, courteous, and service-oriented, and both breakfast and dinner had tasty food with good variety. We had booked the meal package, though it felt a little expensive for what it included. Since we were travelling with a toddler, we appreciated that the child's food was complimentary, as well as the thoughtful complimentary cake. Our premium room at Fortune Park (ITC), Ahmedabad was spacious, nicely designed, and had decent interiors. We stayed for 2 nights. A couple of maintenance problems interrupted things: the gym had no air conditioning and smelled so bad we couldn't use it. The RFID room lock kept failing, and the key card had to be replaced more than four times. Each time, we waited around 10 minutes for help, which was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The staff tried their best, but the technical issues need attention. It was a decent 2-day stay, with very good food and excellent restaurant service. Better maintenance would make the experience much smoother.

Breakfast had plenty of options and the hotel was nicely managed, with huge rooms that made for a delightful stay. But staff didn't understand that I wanted a simple Giner tea. When taking a tea order, they should ask about preferences like sweetness, thickness, or extra ginger.
