The room was dirty when we arrived, with a lot of garbage left behind, and the staff said they had no cleaning staff and relied on a local person for general cleaning. Service was bad too, with repeated calls needed for even basic requests. Parking was the worst part: if your car gets blocked in, you have to move the other cars one by one. I would rate it below one star if I could.

The room was good, and the location worked well for me. For the price and setting, it's a decent place to stay. The owner and staff were polite and helpful throughout my three days there. Special thanks to Mr. Vipin, who was only a call away and very supportive. Hope to meet again soon. Thank you!

The people in this small town were friendly and caring, and Chaurasi Mandir nearby, built in the 7th century, had a warm feel. For food, I tried the local vaishno dhaba a few meters from the hotel and had no stomach problems. There are also a few confectioneries serving simple omelettes, bread, and nice tea. If you're visiting Dalhousie or Chamba and looking for peace and quiet, Bharmour is worth the trip. I stayed at Bharmour View for about 15-20 days and found it comfortable. Since it's in an interior area, power cuts or water issues can happen, as at other hotels around there. This hotel has four or five large syntex tanks and backup water that can last a few hours. My room had a good bed, TV, water heater, and a clean western toilet with a jet spray. I'd try to get a front-facing room, since you can wake up to snow covered mountains when the clouds allow it. Vipin handled room service, was very well behaved, and took his instructions seriously. He was 21 and had a strong sense of responsibility. The owner, Dr.Atul, was welcoming and hospitable, and did his best to meet guests' needs.

The location is good, and you can get a cab to Bharmani Mata or Harsar right from the doorstep. The hotel itself was just OK for my first stay. It has fewer facilities than other hotels, and the room service needs improvement.

I stayed in room no. 118 while on our yatra (trek) to Manimahesh, and the snow-covered mountain peaks looked beautiful from there. The food was very tasty, service was good, and the washrooms and bedding were much better than at the Himachal Tourism hotel in the same locality. You can also play snooker or pool here. Mr. Atul and Nitin were very courteous owners. A beautiful hotel, better than any other in the Bharmour area. :) :)
