The rooms were dirty, and the stay was a very bad experience. 😔 I wouldn’t book this hotel.

The bedsheets weren’t clean, and the geyser didn’t work. The hospitality was poor too.

I’d give this less than one star if I could. The first-floor rooms smelled bad, and after we cancelled, the manager wouldn’t refund even part of what we’d paid. This place definitely isn’t suitable for families. Honestly, it felt more like a lodge than a hotel.

I booked through OYO, and the receptionist was helpful. Since construction was going on, he asked me to see the room before checking in. For what I paid, it was decent. Call ahead before booking.
