Muziris Manor Residency

We stayed in room 104 for three nights. The rooms were spacious and lovely, and the toilets were clean. The staff were kind and quick to help whenever we asked for something, and they even carried our luggage without being asked. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk. It’s only a few minutes from lulu mall, too. We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in kochi.

We spent two nights here in May 2025. The location was a big plus, an easy walk to Lulu Mall and close to bus and metro stations. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a soft bed and AC that worked well. Free parking was appreciated, and the kitchenette was handy for quick meals. The staff were warm and helpful, and check-in went smoothly even though we arrived early. There was a faint smell in the bathroom, but it didn’t really affect our stay. Muziris Manor Residency gave us good value, great service, and a superb location. Highly recommended for a Kochi visit. Muziris Manor is in Edapally, Ernakulam, near Alshifa Hospital on Old Railwaystation Road, so it’s easy to find on the map. The business began in 2018 and says it puts customers at the centre of its operations, which has helped it build a loyal customer base. The rooms smelled bad, and even the fans didn’t work properly. I was left without water, towels, and toiletries. Whenever I called, they usually didn’t answer, so I had to walk to reception each time. The rooms, amenities, service, and reception were all below average, with no proper response or help. Think twice before booking.

The apartment was tidy and very clean, and the staff were friendly and courteous. They also let me check out later than the usual time. I’ll visit again.
