It's right on the main road and the rooms are spacious, but maintenance is very poor. The quality has gone downhill, though it may once have been fully functional. Rooms aren't cleaned daily, the bathroom is poorly lit and has no ventilation, and cockroaches and mosquitoes are all over the room. There was no bathroom water early in the morning.

The rooms are cramped and smell awful, and the hygiene is terrible. It costs a lot for such bad service. Interactions were poor, staff treated us badly, and complaints got no response. The suite room lights didn't work, and neither did the flush. There was no floor mat, and the shelf was covered in dust. I'm extremely unhappy with the service. Please don't choose this hotel.

Poor sanitation and drainage, a dim room, and a reception that didn't answer were among the problems I faced. The key card also didn't work properly in the door. Cockroaches and mosquitoes kept me busy shooing and killing them. The place was really uninhabitable. Please don't go unless you want to ruin your trip.

The rooms were unclean, had no proper power, and smelled of smoke. There was no AC, water, towels, hand soap, or anything else in the rooms, and beer bottles had been left in the corridor. There is no maintenance. I spent an hour talking to OYO customer care about these issues and got no resolution. Please remove the hotel's photos from the OYO website. This property is in a legal issue.
