The food was a strong part of my stay at Hotel Nami Residency. Meals were fresh, nicely presented, and served hygienically, with a decent range of choices. Breakfast stood out: the dining room was clean, dishes were topped up promptly, and orders came without much delay. Service could have been a little quicker at busy times, but it didn't detract much from the visit. I also found the staff consistently polite and ready to help, from reception and housekeeping to room service. Check-in was smooth, and even when they were busy, they stayed calm and dealt professionally with my questions. That made the hotel feel welcoming and helped me feel comfortable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it in Ahmedabad for good service and food. I'd be happy to return.

The location is good, but cleanliness was only average. Breakfast was below average too, with no hot, fresh food, just items left sitting out. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They charge about as much as Lemon Tree, yet there wasn't even anyone available to take my luggage up to the room. There's no signboard, and they don't answer calls.

We went in for lunch, and it was a really unpleasant experience. My girlfriend's friend found a hair in her food. They apologized and replaced the plate, saying they'd adjust the price, but they never did. The bill was almost $100. The waitresses seemed nice, but they didn't know what they were doing or how to handle customer service. I won't go back. Makes you wonder what else could turn up, a fly? Disgusting.

We stayed at Clubhouse Nami Residency for seven days and had a pleasant time. The staff were friendly, and the older man at reception was especially kind to us 😊. The restaurant is all vegetarian, but I really liked the pasta. Thanks, Nami Residence.

The rooms are clean and the location works well. Gandhigram metro station is only about 1 km away, which made getting around easier. If you'd rather eat outside the hotel, there are lots of nearby choices, including iscon gathiya, a dalwada shop, and Gujarati and Punjabi restaurants. Booking offline costs quite a bit more, so check the booking apps for a better price.
