OYO 11922 Hotel Sunstar Inn

My original hotel booking was cancelled because of overbooking, so MakeMyTrip arranged this place for me. When I arrived, the linen was dirty and seemed used, so I had to ask the staff to replace everything. They were friendly and listened to what I asked for. The location was fine, and outside food is allowed. They'll provide plates if you ask.

The worst part was finding large parasites, including spiders and bedbugs, throughout the washroom, cupboard, and bed. I'm concerned you could get an infection. The room was dirty and messy, the sheets and duvets smelled, and there was water leaking. The washroom had no proper flush, so I had to fill a bucket each time. Wi-Fi wasn't proper, and the water bottles they gave were unsealed. Even after I asked three times, they didn't clean the room properly. The place is run unprofessionally, with no proper dress code or anything. Prices are lower online than offline, but this hotel is a definite no for me.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food was easy, and BRTS, AMTS, and autos pass right outside. My room was clean and airy, and it was budget friendly compared with nearby options. The staff's manner was satisfactory, and the TV, AC, and geyser all worked. They also have ramps and lifts for disabled guests. One issue: in room 405, the bathroom floor should be changed because water doesn't drain and just sits there.

I had already booked a room, but they put me in a dirty one with staff belongings in the cupboard. There was even a staff member's underwear in the room. Nobody took the issue seriously, and they offered an unsealed water bottle. The hotel was very dirty, there was no manager, and the people running it had bad habits.
