We weren’t made to feel welcome, and the staff took quite a while to let us in. The rooms were in a very poor state, and some staff were intimidating, especially toward women. We later found out that two rooms were using women for money, and we saw a staff member assault a woman in the corridor. This hotel felt very unsafe and should be shut down.

Please don’t stay here. We saw horrific scenes, including a woman being beaten and left bloody. The staff were extremely inappropriate, and this place felt dangerous for any woman or family. It really isn’t safe. Please help get the hotel closed.

The manager was awesome, explaining things clearly and understanding what we needed. The hotel is good. We ordered pure vegetarian food from Patrons near the Shekhawat Palace hotel.

After a long flight, I arrived in the middle of the night and saw a woman come out of one room, slapped and beaten by a man from another room. The place seemed to be paying women to use them. I had to find another hotel because I didn’t feel safe. Please petition to have it shut down. The hotel was an absolute dive.

The staff were polite and professional, which is hard to find these days. The room was good and had all the facilities they’d listed. A good experience.
