Hotel Imperial Palace Part 1

The blankets weren't clean either, and I sent the hotel staff a photo so they could consider improvements. The room itself wasn't clean, the services were inadequate, and if you raise an issue, people respond negatively. Staff should be trained to speak to customers appropriately. I don't think anyone would come back after a first visit. If staff aren't doing their duties properly, a supervisor should oversee these minor issues.

The sheets were absolutely filthy, rooms were overpriced, and nobody took accountability. There wasn't even a dental kit or shaving kit. Cigarette smoke kept drifting through every floor. Even with a prepaid booking, the people at reception acted like I owed them something. The staff were rude. I'd sooner sleep on the streets of Andheri than stay here.

The room smells, and the bathroom is always wet. Otherwise, it's a great hotel.

We booked two rooms for 4 days, but they didn't clean them even once. We also never got the complimentary breakfast included when booking through makemytrip, despite reminding them.
