The location is prime, so there’s a good chance to improve this place. The rooms and washroom weren’t very clean, and the windows and bathroom doors need repairs. All the best.

We paid, but the staff insisted we hadn’t and told us to come back and prove it. We had to travel all the way back to the hotel just to show that we’d paid. Afterward, neither the staff nor the manager apologized for the mistake. Their manner with customers was awful. Very, very bad experience.

The photos online don’t match what the hotel actually looks like. The hotel and OYO clearly aren’t communicating, and the customer ends up paying while the hotel says it hasn’t received the money. Very bad experience.

For a short stay on a tight budget, I don’t think this place will let you down. The rooms were in good condition, but the location and building itself were drawbacks. It’s an okay OYO, so don’t expect much.
